Ted Aguilar Stage-Played Guitar Experience – FAQ

How many are available per show?
Only 1 stage-played guitar experience available per show.

 

Does submitting the form guarantee I’ll get one?
No. Submitting a request does not guarantee purchase. If selected, you’ll be contacted directly.

All requests must be submitted by April 17, 2026.

How does payment work?
If your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Full payment is required within 48 hours to secure your guitar. If payment is not received within that window, the opportunity may be offered to the next request.

What exactly am I receiving?
You’ll receive the exact LTD TED-EC played on stage that night, including a hard shell case and Certificate of Authenticity, plus:

  • Entry to show via guest list +1

  • After-show backstage access

  • Autograph and photos

  • Time to hang with Ted after the show

 

Backstage access subject to venue approval and tour security policies.

Do I need ID?
Yes. A valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name is required at check-in.

 

Can I transfer my package to someone else?
Experience packages are non-transferable without prior written approval. Please contact us in advance at info@tedaguilar.com if special arrangements are needed.

 

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final once payment is processed. If the show is canceled and not rescheduled, options will be communicated directly.

 

Can I request more than one city?
Yes. You may submit requests for multiple cities, but only one experience may be purchased per person unless otherwise approved.
