10 Things About Me
I was born and raised in San Francisco. Not the postcard version.
The Bay Area metal scene didn’t just influence me — it built me.
I still get that pre-show adrenaline. If that ever goes away, I’m done.
I’m a gear nerd. I’ve earned it.
Yes, I tweak my tone constantly. No, I’m not finished.
My influences go from James Hetfield to Tom Petty and everywhere in between.
I respect melody as much as aggression. The two belong together.
I believe in showing up prepared. Every rehearsal. Every stage.
I’m grateful for every fan who supports what we do. That never gets old.
At the end of the day, it’s simple: respect the riff. 🤘
LTD TED-EC Signature Series

When ESP and I built this guitar, I just wanted something that felt right — aggressive, clean, and ready to go. I’ve always loved the Eclipse shape, and the black finish with the white EMGs and pearloid tuners gives it that sharp contrast. Simple. Bold. Heavy.
It’s got the EMG 81/60 combo for that tight rhythm punch and smooth sustain when you need it. Neck-thru construction means it holds notes forever, and the ebony board feels fast and solid whether you’re chugging riffs or ripping a lead.
At the end of the day, this guitar represents the energy I’ve carried with Death Angel all these years. Play it loud, take it on stage, or hang it on the wall — it’s built to last.
This is the guitar I’d grab when it’s time to go to work.
